• Training records: session dates, attendance, and workout logs.
• Billing records: invoices and receipts, amounts, and payment status.
• WhatsApp messages you exchange with us relating to your invoices and sessions.

How we use it

• To schedule and record your training sessions.
• To generate and send invoices, receipts, and payment reminders.
• To send and respond to messages via the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta) — for example, delivering an invoice when you request one.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate: Meta / WhatsApp (to deliver messages) and Cloudflare (to host our application and data), and where required by law.

Retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access limited to authorised personnel.
